We think it's an excellent base for staying in Mandurah. All the staff were extremely attentive! Loved how the villa was arranged when we arrived.

It deserves its 4 stars. We loved the entire resort, including views and rooms. Spicey Pan, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the venue.
